Gulfstream International Airlines is an American airline founded in Fort Lauderdale of Florida which is in USA. Gulfstream International Airlines is referred from the name of Gulfstream which is a warm ocean current that flows from the Gulf of Mexico and northward through the Atlantic Ocean.

The Gulfstream International airline was founded on October in the year of 1988 and started its functioning on 1 December in the year of 1990. The airline was established by Thomas Cooper who was the former captain of Eastern Air Lines. At the beginning it controlled as an air taxi between Miami, Cap-Haïtien, Florida and Haiti but it was resettled to the Bahamas in the time of the political atmosphere in Haiti constrained the operation to halt.
