Since the year 1988, the airline is completely under the purview of the government of Botswana. As of the current records the team of Air Botswana functions under the aegis of their general manager, Lance Brogden, and has a total of 314 employees. From its humble beginning as a regional airlines, today Air Botswana has international flights too.
