Cebu Pacific (CEB) is the the low fare leader in the Philippines aviation market. In March 1996, Cebu entered the market by pioneering "low fare, great value" strategy in the local Philippines aviation market.
CEB launched its international operations in November 2001. Cebu flies to Hong Kong, Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Pusan, Incheon and Taipei. It has also flights or will soon have flights to Xiamen, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Macau.
You can book a CEB flight on Cebu Pacific website. However, for flights to Korea, you will have to visit any of their ticketing offices as they cannot be booked through the website.
CEB now operates a fleet of 15 Airbus aircraft which include ten A319 and five A320). CEB retired the last DC9 in July2006. It is now the youngest Philippines fleet with a fleet age of 1.7 years. After its re-fleeting has also doubled its carrying capacity.
CEB offers 'Go' fares - the lowest fares all round the year. This it does for all the international as well as domestic destinations. In creative pricing strategies, CEB played a pioneering role and continues to lead by offering the leat fares on any of the routes it operates on. The 'Go' fares are not promotional or a gimmick, they are for real. These Go fares do not include government tax and surcharges.
CEB is the first airline of Philippines to introduce TxtCEB (booking through SMS) as well as E-ticketing.

To mention a few here: Air Transport World Magazine featured it as Asia 's Low Fare Success Story in 2003; Gold Award for Best Marketing Program Air Carrier Domestic Category by Pacific Asia Travel Association in 2004 and Domestic Airline of the Year - The Kalakbay Awards 2004 (prestigious Philippines award).
