Seair is an airline with its base in Pampanga in the Philippines. The airlines has domestic services and a long term commitment to serving the remotest destinations of the Philippines.

Seair established in 1995, started operations in August 1995 itself. The airlines obtained its first SEC registration in March 1995 majorly to ply domestic scheduled flights, aircraft leasing, and charter service. In May 1995 Clark Special Economic Zone registered Seair to operate services in Clark-Manila-Subic area area and to Visayas and Luzon tourist destinations. Over the years, Seair continued to expand its routes magnificently and in 2002, the Zamboanga city hub was opened.
Seair has a 60% local investors stake, 10% Nikos Gitsis stake and 30% Iren Dornier stake.
In September 2006, Tiger Airways of Singapore reportedly entered into a operational and commercial arrangement with Seair which came into effect in February 2007. This involved the leasing of Tiger Airways color two aircrafts and operating on Tiger Airways routes to Cebu, Davao, Singapore and Macau from Pampanga.
In August 2006, four Dornier 328-100 and seven Let-410 UVP constituted the SEAIR fleet. Tri MG Intra Asia Airlines bought two Let L-410 turboprops and Seair helped the Indonesian cargo carrier with starting its passenger service. Seair is also replacing the 19-seat L-410 aircraft with larger Dornier 328s.
