A new organization named Malmo Aviation Schedule came into existence on 16 April 1993 under the possession of Wiklund Inter Trade.
Later on in August 1998, the Norwegian air transport provider Braathens assumed total operational control of Malmo Aviation. Finally in December 2001, Malmo Aviation turned into an autonomous body under the ownership of Braganza AS/Bramora. This change in fortune was brought about by the exclusion of Malmo Aviation, following the acquisition of Braathens by the Scandinavian Airlines (SAS).
