Ukraine experiences continental climate with, however the climatic conditions vary with respect to locations as well as regions. But, winters are very chilly and the temperature drops down much below zero degree. Average annual temperature as recorded is 11 degree to 13 degree Celsius at southern region and 5.5 degree to 7 degree Celsius at north of Ukraine. So, it is clear that the northern region remains cold throughout the year, with winter being severely cold.
