The Corporate Express Airline was established in 1975 with Gordon A. Peariso, David Werklund and Werklund Enterprise as the key share holders. The organization is owned by Corpac Canada and subsequently in December 2005 the organization merged with Avia Aviation to introduce a fleet of Piaggio P 180 Avanti aircraft. In October 2006 a Saab aircraft was introduced in the fleet of Corporate Express.
