Delta Airlines was founded in the year 1924 by Huff Daland Dusters. The airline was first started by many partners collaborating together. All those who were the partners were experienced in the field of aviation. The operations and destinations of Delta Airlines increased with the demand to travel faster than other means of transportation. The initial flight models of the Delta Airlines were the Lockheed that could carry limited amount of passengers. With the increase in passenger number, there were newer fleets acquired by the airline. At first there were only domestic destinations but it later extended its services to the international destinations as well. The Delta Airlines hubs are Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Salt Lake City International Airport and the New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport. Among them the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has been found to be one of the busiest airports or hubs in the world.
